In the middle of olive trees and lavender, it is a refuge in Provence facing the sea and Saint-Tropez where this restaurant with its very special soul and this timeless atmosphere comes alive.
LIEU DE VIE
It is an ancient land of tall pines, a family land, an old vineyard of noble vines which stretches gently between sea and hill. A place of contrasts in shades of greens, woods and blues. There is this very special light that reveals the elegance of Provence in the face of the bursts of sunshine bathed in this great blue that can be seen in the distance and at the same time so close.
A FAMILY STORY
In fact Capello, it's me, Alexis, from a mother from Sainte-Maxime and a father from Saint-Tropez, maternal grandparents from Saint-Tropez, winegrowers, landowners and other grandparents from Saint-Tropez who was restaurant owners and so many other things.
There are so many stories to tell you but I'm just going to tell you that I'm proud to have a family like this, who taught me and brought me so much. It's naturally that I wanted to pay a tribute to them by mixing my passion for this profession, this paternal "art of receiving", by opening an authentic, sincere restaurant, representing our values, our identity and our southern character on the lands of my maternal family between sea and hill.
